I saw only one rhino in Africa. The guide said that January and February were the best times to see them and this photo was taken during the first week of January.
This lion was just sitting along the road, panting. Poor fellow looked hot.
There were thousands of flamingos in the lake. It was not an animal I expected to see on this trip, but I was pleasantly surprised.
